Flow in a pipe at such a distance from the
entrance that the velocity field is essentially
independent of the nature of the velocity
distribution at the entrance.
Comment. When the physical properties of
the fluid in developed flow are constant, the
cross-sectional velocity distribution does not
change over the length of the pipe
